History
Transtell Ventures Nig Ltd: A member of the Transtell Group was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company on 16th October, 2002 under the Nigerian Law.
Transtell Ventures is a major player in the vegetable oil industry business in Nigeria and has made its presence felt in production, sales and marketing of vegetable oil products in Nigeria.

Transtell Ventures Limited has a refinery and fractionation plant located at No. 20 G.M.O Road, Off Atani Road, Onitsha with a capacity of 150 metric tons per day. This ultra –modern refinery and fractionation plant commissioned in 2006 was manufactured by Gianazza Technology now known as Gianazza International, Brescia, Italy.
Transtell Ventures Limited also have an ultra modern palm kernel crushing mill located at Ibute- Ameke Village 9th Mile Corner, Enugu State.
